How long will it take to receive my order?
We handcraft each beautiful boat, dependant on your personalisation requirements, we aim to ship each boat within 5 working days, which allows delivery between 7-10 days.
Personalised Boats do require us to work with you to create your perfect boat, from order placement we will be in touch with you until we have a complete understanding of your perfect boat!
We are not shy here, so that would be lovely to be featured, we do ask that they are returned afterwards, and we can offer copies of our hi-resolution pictures too, so happy as always, to work with you.
Can I use your boats for my press photoshoot/ magazine articles?
Of course we will do our very very best to help you out. It may be that we will need to add in a Special Delivery service fee to ensure this happens speedily, but liaise with us and you can be certain if we can do it we will!
What if I need it faster....can you hurry it along for me?
If you are ordering more than 3 boats then of course, we would love to offer you a discount!! Often weddings and parties need a fleet of our gorgeous boats to offer favours and other such niceties! So, let us know and let us work it out with you.
Is there discounts for fleets?!
We charge £3.75 within the UK for our lovely boats to be posted to you with Small Parcels delivery.
We are happy to post overseas too, we do ask that we send tracked though to ensure a safe voyage - just enquire for a price!
This will vary if purchased through our other outlets.
What are your standard shipping rates
We sincerely hope so!! He was a ruffian of the high seas, but a pretty good one, we like to think he would approve of our fabulous boats!
